Description: Provided violation removal services to this Mixed Residential/Commerical Building. The building received a DOB/ECB violation for “Work Without A Permit” for illegal construction of an extension in the rear yard with metal framing and roofing. This building being located in a Landmarked district, additional filings had to be done at Landmarks Preservation in addition to DOB. Appropriate pictures, elevations, as well as all other Landmark requirements were included in the plans to obtain approval. Plans were quickly prepared to meet Client’s tight schedule and filed to obtain permits and remove the violation.
