Description: This tenant is a wood work and paint shop that fabricates their own customized frames for art work and the like. They reside in Industry City located in Brooklyn, a group of buildings used for commercial, industrial and manufacturing use. Plans were created and filed in response to a violation for work without permit for the installation of a spray booth. Plans were designed for the paint booth including the required exhaust and makeup air system required for proper operation and code compliance. Sprinklers and a fire extinguisher were also provided as required by NYC regulations for a spray booth. Special inspections were performed for the mechanical system for compliance of the installation to approved plan.
