Description: Provided violation removal services to this 3 unit Multi-Family Building. The building received a DOB/ECB violation for “Work Without A Permit” for the boiler system along with gas piping. ConEd performed a gas service shut down putting the whole building without gas and without means to generate hot water. Plans were quickly prepared and filed to obtain permits, remove the violations, and have ConEd restore gas service to the building.
