Description: A violation was issued for “work without permit” as well as” “failure to maintain building in code compliant manner” for the installation of a coin operated car wash system without proper filing at the DOB. The survey, plans, and filing on this job were expedited to meet the cure date that was offered on this violation. Since this cure date was met the ECB hearing appearance and fines were waived for the relevant violation.

Once the violation was cleared with ECB the final necessary filings were performed at DOB to clear the violation from their system and ensure no future issue would arise.
