Description: This 6 floor Multi-Family Residential Building had an existing boiler system by Hydro Therm with input 1,200,000 BTU/hr. The boiler had operational problems due to age and needed to be replaced. Plans were prepared and expediting work was performed to file these at the Department of Buildings. Special inspections were performed of the final installation to confirm conformance with approved plans and proper installation and operation.
