Pizza Yard

Description: This new tenant fit out for a Pizza Shop was designed within the ground level of this 15 floor commercial building. Mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm, and electrical design work was performed for the new kitchen and space. Kitchen exhaust and make up air system were designed for the pizza ovens. A new precipitator was installed to remove odors and smoke from the kitchen exhaust prior to discharge to the exterior wall. This is to mitigate the nuisance that the exhaust may cause to the building occupants above. Existing base building utilities for cold water, gas, boiler water, and chiller water were utilized for the new HVAC equipment as well as the new kitchen appliances. Special inspections were performed to confirm that the installation was done in conformance to approved plans.
