Description: Prepared plans for the replacement of the existing roof top air conditioner unit with new. All required items were indicated on the plans to obtain approval at DOB and eventually signed off. Mechanical special inspection was performed of the installation to confirm conformance with approved plans and proper installation and operation. Equipment Use Permits were obtained for the rooftop units and delivered to the Client. These are necessary to avoid potential future fines at both FDNY and DOB as well as avoid required court appearances.
