Description: Provided violation removal service for a “Work Without A Permit” violation issued by ECB/DOB for an air conditioning installation. Mechanical plans were completed and filed at the Department of buildings. Expediting services were provided to complete all necessary forms to obtain a work permit and remove the violation from the DOB database. Coordination was also done with an Electrician to obtain a permit for the electrical work as required to remove the violation. Special inspections were performed to sign off the job and obtain a Certificate of Correction Approval letter. The work was completed prior to the cure date on the violation and consequently the ECB penalty and court appearance were not required.
