Description: Provided design service for Mechanical, Sprinkler, Plumbing, and Electrical Plans for this new tenant space to be used as an after school educational facility for language. HVAC system designed was a packaged indoor water cooled unit to utilize the existing base building condenser water system. Full economizer controls and ductwork were designed to incorporate free cooling to the space to comply with code requirements. A VAV system was designed for the HVAC system to provide individual controls to the interior spaces. Domestic water heating system was designed to provide hot water for the new bathrooms as well as other areas with new fixtures. New panels, distribution boards, and feeders were selected to provide power to all new lights, equipment, and receptacles throughout the space
