Description: In this tenant fit out for a new dentist office, landlord supplied base building utilities for domestic water, condenser water, electrical, and sprinkler service were used to suite the new layout. Packaged water source heat pump units were installed indoors to provide heating and cooling. Fresh air ventilation was provided to the units to meet minimum code requirements and ensure proper indoor air quality. Air and vacuum lines were designed for each dentist chair junction box as well as a filtered water system. Plaster traps were placed in sinks to receive plaster discharge to prevent waste clogging.
