Louis was super professional and literally a life saver. There was a FDNY violation that needed to be addressed and was serviced immediately. Not only did LL Engineering get the job done within a weeks time, but also pointed out a bad quote from another contractor where it would have costed 4 times the amount. That reason was because, i was being mislead to procure work that was not necessary. I was being manipulated by the previous contractor(s). Louis was honest and correct about the work order. In the end, everything was done flawlessly and precisely. Highly recommend.
