Description: Designed a new 2″DCVA on the domestic service due to the non-hazardous condition with hazardous fixtures within the building. Proper clearances were provided to meet NYC DEP regulations. These plans were prepared and submitted to resolve the NYC Environmental Protection order (NYC EP) issued to the premise.
