Description: Our firm prepared a comprehensive mechanical plan for the replacement of 1 Condensing unit serving this commercial premise. The system installed was a VRF system by Daikin with 2 indoor wall mounted splits. All required items were indicated on the plans to guarantee approval at DOB and secure sign off. Mechanical special inspection was performed of the installation to confirm conformance with approved plans for proper installation and operation. We secured and delivered all necessary Equipment Use Permits and Certificate of Compliance for the equipment on behalf of the client. These critical documents are necessary to avoid potential costly fines at both FDNY and DOB and required court appearances.
