  • Description: In this full renovation of a residential unit in a 19 floor high rise building in Manhattan we designed a chilled water and boiler water HVAC system to utilize the base building system.  Plumbing plans were designed for the new fixtures where the existing plumbing system was re-used as much as possible to save on construction costs.  Existing sprinkler system was modified to suit new layout in accordance with all NFPA13 sprinkler regulations and NYC Building Code requirements. All new equipment was circuited and to existing panels and load calculations performed to confirm adequacy of existing feeders and panels.
