Description: Our firm prepared comprehensive mechanical plans for the replacement of 6 condensing units serving various areas in this approximately 520,000 multi family building with 405 residential unit. All required items were indicated on the plans to guarantee approval at DOB and secure sign off. Mechanical special inspection was performed of the installation to confirm conformance with approved plans for proper installation and operation. We secured and delivered all necessary Equipment Use Permits and Certificate of Compliance for the equipment on behalf of the client. These critical documents are necessary to avoid potential costly fines at both FDNY and DOB and required court appearances.
